VOLLEYBALL: All girls interested in going to a Volleyball camp this summer, Augustana College is offering several camps during the month of June for any incoming 6th, 7th, and 8th grade players. Please pick up registration forms in the office.

MHS FLAG CORPS: Any 8th grade student interested in joining the Moline High School Flag Corps, a performance group that marches with the Moline High School band, should attend a meeting/clinic from 3:15 until 4:30 next Tuesday, April 23rd. We will meet in the music wing near the band room. Members of the high school squad will be on hand to meet with you. Any questions, see Mrs. McKee (Lab B215).

LIFETOUCH PICTURES: Reminders have been given out for those students that have not yet turned in your pictures and/or money. Please return them as soon as possible. The company will be coming to pick them up soon.

OH BABY: Get involved and help support the Ronald McDonald House! Buy your Oh, Baby! Ballot at the bookstore for $1.00 and see if you can match the baby with the teacher. Also vote for the cutest boy and girl baby. When you have filled out the ballot, please give it to your 1st period teacher. The contest will run this week, April 15th through the 19th. Winner of the $15.00 gift certificate to a movies and a big candy bar will be awarded on Monday, April 22nd. Cutest baby teachers will be awarded gift certificates from Buffalo Wild Wings and Panera Bread. Have fun and get involved! Thank you from the Student Congress.

ART: The Art Show is coming next Tuesday, April 23rd at the Regional Office of Education, Coolidge Building. Please see Mrs. Denys with any questions!

PTA DANCE: The PTA dance will be this Friday, April 19th from 6-8 p.m. The theme of the dance is “Swing into Spring” so dress “Spring Like”. WEB will be selling tickets to this dance next week during lunch. It is $4.00 a ticket and includes one piece of pizza and a pop. Hope to see you there!

ATTENTION WEB LEADERS: Your ideas for field day are due to Ms. Mulcahy by this Friday, April 19th.

WAY COOL STEM SCIENCE CLUB: The Way Cool STEM Science club will meet after school TOMORROW, Thursday from 3:15-4:30 p.m. in Mrs. Fowler’s room (A129). Jason Fechner is coming from WQAD News Channel 8 to speak about natural disasters. Please arrive right after school and wear your team uniforms. We will be doing a robotics demonstration for Mr. Fechner. Any questions, please see Mr. Strafford or Mrs. Fowler.

WYLDLIFE: Don’t miss the LAST 7th and 8th grade ONLY Wyldlife Club night for this year. It is TOMORROW, Thursday, April 18th from 7:27–8:30 p.m. at the Young Life Office. See you there.

8TH GRADE T-SHIRTS: Order forms are now available for 8th graders and others to purchase this year's class t-shirt. The price is $10 ($12 extended sizes) for the shirt. Please pick up your order forms from Mr. Perkins (8Gold) or Mrs. Welvaert (8Black).
