Cheerleading

Tryouts: Tryouts are usually held the first full week of school and approximately 25 candidates are selected.

Tryout Requirements: Candidates have to perform one cheer that is taught to them by the coach, one cheer they make up, a toe-touch jump, and one jump of their choice.

Judging Criteria: A bright smile, loud voice, and good motions are all a part of the judge's criteria when selecting the cheerleaders.
