The Illinois State Board of Education and the federal government require that certain information be posted for the public to view.  The Moline-Coal Valley CUSD 40 is not responsible for the content of websites outside of the District's domain. 
 

Dear Parents/Guardians:

 

In accordance with Public Act 101-0515, the Moline-Coal Valley School District is providing notice to parents/guardians regarding their rights in relation to the provision of related services to students who are eligible for special education under IDEA.

 

The Moline-Coal Valley School District will maintain related service logs that record the type and number of minutes of the related service(s) administered to your child. Copies of any related service logs will be available to you at your child’s annual review IEP meeting. You may also request a copy of the related service logs at any time. If you would like to receive copies of your child’s related service logs, please direct your request to your child’s IEP case manager and/or special education teacher.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON E-LEARNING PUBLISHED OCTOBER 7, 2020

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Board of Education of School District No. 40 in the County of Rock Island, State of Illinois, that adoption of Section 10-20.56 of the School Code 105 ILCS 5/27-10, regarding using e-learning days in lieu of emergency days, will be presented for approval on October 26, 2020.


Notice is further hereby given that a public hearing on said application will be held at 6 o’clock, P.M. on the 26th day of October 2020, during the regularly scheduled Board of Education meeting held at Coolidge School, 3430 Avenue of the Cities, Moline, IL 61265
