The fastest way to request support for technical issues is to submit a service request.  Visit our Customer Service Portal for access to popular knowledgebase articles or to submit a ticket online from anywhere.  Or, send an email to [email protected] with a subject and a detailed description of the problem.  Once the ticket is submitted, the entire department can see the request and it will get routed to the correct technician.
