IAR TESTING (Day 1 of 6): For IAR Testing TODAY, we will be running Periods 1 through 4 in a block schedule to accommodate the minutes required for the tests. Take your headphones and mice to your ELA and math classes TODAY. Please be respectful and ABSOLUTELY quiet in the hallways. We want everyone to be able to do their very best on the Illinois Assessment of Readiness!! In addition, ALL students will need to check with their Period 3 teacher BEFORE going to lunch as the lunch schedule has changed.

YEARBOOK STAFF: We will take our staff picture TODAY, Monday, March 11th, and we will meet to work on the publication until 6 p.m. TONIGHT, TOMORROW, Thursday, and Friday this week. If you cannot attend, please contact Mrs. McKee immediately!
TRACK & FIELD: We are looking for only those athletes who will be dedicated and are ready to work hard! 8th-grade Track and Field will continue this week after school in the gym. 6th- and 7th-grade Track and Field tryouts will begin TODAY, Monday, March 11th.
BOYS TENNIS: Any 7th- or 8th-grade boy interested in going out for tennis this spring will need to attend a mandatory meeting right after school TODAY, Monday, March 11th, in Mr. Johnson’s room (C109). Practices will begin next Monday, March 18th. You must have an updated physical and your athletic fee paid before you participate.
HELP DESK: All members of the Student-Led Help Desk will have their group photo taken immediately after school TOMORROW, Tuesday, March 12th. You will meet in the library and the picture will be taken promptly at 3:10 p.m. See Mrs. Stanley or Mrs. McKee with any questions or concerns.
PAW PRINT NEWSPAPER: Even though Mrs. Klein is not here, you will have your yearbook photo taken before school on Wednesday, March 13th. Please meet in Mrs. Klein’s room (A110) at 7:30 a.m.
MOLINE PUBLIC LIBRARY TWEEN/TEEN GAMING: Drop by the Moline Public Library from 2:30 to 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 13th for a variety of video games, computer games, and board games. This event will be held in the second-floor, program room.
MOLINE PUBLIC LIBRARY DISSECTION CLASS: Students can learn about animal biology and dissect a fetal pig at the Moline Public Library on Monday, March 18th at 6:00 p.m. Space is limited and registration is required.
