Due to school closure, Governor Pritzker's stay at home order and public health guidelines, this event for April 23rd has been canceled. Please check back for future updates.
A Kindergarten Pre-registration event will be held at all district elementary schools on April 23, 2020. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. for sign-in and document review. Open house will be from 6 - 7 p.m.
Parents, along with their student(s) who will begin Kindergarten in the 2020-2021 school year, are invited to attend the pre-registration/open house at their neighborhood school. Children that will be age five on or before September 1, 2020, are eligible to begin school in the 2020-2021 school year. A certified birth certificate (issued from a governmental agency—usually with a raised seal) is required and should be brought to the pre-registration/open house. Parents should call their child's school ahead of time to begin the pre-registration process.
If parents are unsure of the elementary school their child should attend, please call the District Office at 309-743-8103 or view the boundary map.
