Business Office

The Moline-Coal Valley School District’s Business Office is responsible for the business and financial operation of the District. The Business Office provides management and oversight of the following areas: budgeting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, grant management, payroll processing, student food service, facilities, student transportation, and financial reporting all while maintaining the fiscal integrity of the organization. Moreover, these areas provide financial service to the schools, employees, Board of Education, and community stakeholders according to state and federal legislation, governmental regulations, board policies, and sound financial practices.
