NEW! Campus Parent Portal

Welcome to Campus Parent! 

Moline-Coal Valley CUSD 40 will migrate from Skyward to Infinite Campus as our student information system in April of 2026. What does this mean for parents and guardians? Infinite Campus has a very intuitive web portal and device app that parents and guardians can utilize for all their students' educational needs. This new system is called Campus Parent Portal. A few of these features include:

  1. Online payments are made directly from the App or web portal. No more having to go to a third-party online store!
  2. Communication from your child's school, teacher, or the District will show up directly in the App.  Parents will have the opportunity to decide if communication should also come via SMS (text) or email, or all the above. 
  3. Parents will have easy access to important documents, their student's attendance, student grades, and progress reports, directly from the app or online portal. 
  4. Online registration will look different, but the same concept applies.  Returning students who do not receive a notification from the district will use the new Campus Parent app or web portal to complete registration for the 2026-2027 school year.

What's Next?

The Educational Technology Department and District leadership teams are actively converting Skyward data to our new Infinite Campus application.  In late April 2026, parents will receive a communication from Infinite Campus that their Campus Parent Portal login is available to claim.  This communication will include instructions for logging into Campus Parent Portal for the first time.  

After claiming their Campus Parent Portal accounts, parents will be able to register their students for the 2026-2027 school year, make payments, and adjust their contact preferences.  More communication and instructions will follow as we get closer to online registration dates.

There will be a period during the last two months of the school year when returning families will use Skyward (for the current school year) and Infinite Campus (for the 2026-2027 school year).  After we transition to the end of the school year, ONLY Campus Parent Portal will be required.    

We understand that implementing a new system, especially for returning families, can be difficult.  The Educational Technology Department will host a Help Center for families who need help with their new Campus Parent login or registering their students.  The Help Center event will be held on April 28th, April 29th, and April 30th from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the Moline-Coal Valley Education Center, 1900 52nd Ave, Moline.

In-Person Registration

In-person registration for the 2026-2027 school year will take place on July 21st from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.  A second opportunity will be available on July 22nd from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.  In-person registration is only required for new students OR families who have been notified that they must attend.  Please see our Registration Web page for more information, including the REQUIRED three proofs of residency verification.
